This product is the world's lightest, fully certified, recyclable, all polymer airline catering trolley. Used by flight crews within plane cabins this product is designed to be more attractive, easier to use and service, and earth friendly. It's innovative features include scratch and impact resistance, maintenance free, improved ergonomics and secure and a lower total cost of ownership.
Why is the product innovative?
The Aerocat products are an excellent alternative to conventional metal airline trolleys. They are more aesthetic pleasing, easier to move and clean, scratch and impact resistant and most importantly secure. Aerocat designed the Tigris to be a "cradle to cradle" product making the total cost of ownership the lowest in the industry. The design and manufacture of this product is also remarkable. Construction consists of two large "C" shaped, hollow wall extrusions, over 30 inches each in length which are bonded. The doors are injection molded and attached to the extrusions. Utilizing these creative manufacturing methods allowed Aerocat to produce a tough, lightweight and green product. Innovative polymers, innovative manufacturing methods!
