Description
Very large, watertight, dustproof and crash proof cases used to transport and protect equipment with detachable casters. Exceptionally tough watertight cases of all plastic structural foam construction featuring rugged handles and detachable steel casters.
Why is this Part Innovative?
Rigid and rugged case protects content from severe conditions seamless plastic structure furnishes an impervious chemical resistant barrier to harsh environments. Unfinished structural foam exhibits an industrial/military appearance. Molding the top and base in the same tool permanent lean cell manufacturing at the press.
Process
Low pressure structural foam was chosen for large sized part molding, strength & rigidity requirements, and complete case molding facilitates lean cell manufacturing.
